The space The 180 m² property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and is composed as follows: ◉ Spacious living room equipped with a 40-inch smart TV, with a double sofa bed ◉ Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and Lavazza coffee machine ◉ 4 bedrooms with large balconies, of which: two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each ◉ 2 bathrooms with windows, equipped with toilet, bidet and shower The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are equipped with air conditioners; only one of the rooms with single beds is equipped with an adjustable-speed fan. Also available: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Other things to note ◉ The booking includes sets of sheets and towels for all guests. You can always request additional linen and towel changes for a fee during your stay. The set includes: bed sheets, bath towel, face towel, and bidet towel. ◉ Rates do not include the tourist tax to be paid on site imposed by the Municipality. This amount of €1.00 is per night per person (children under 14 are exempt), up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
