Condo is a short walk (8-10 minutes) walk to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a small grocery store within 1/2 mile so no need to eat out all of the time. The bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin trundle under it. The living room has a full size sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. There's a Smart TV in the living room and the bedroom so you can enjoy streaming using your login credentials. This condo also comes with a washer/dryer, high speed internet/wifi and Bay Colony condos offer 1 assigned parking space. However, there is typically free street parking nearby (except maybe holiday weekends and Air Show weekend) if you need an additional parking space. You'll be staying close to bars, restaurants, mini-golf, Jolly Roger, etc. *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule.
