Other things to note Please also note the following BEFORE booking: - Safety first: while there are two decks please be mindful of having more than three people out there at the same time. - This is an urban location, with lots of night activity around it (and all that goes with that); therefore, expect car/truck/motorcycles noise, loud talking on the sidewalks and the like (do not expect a quiet location). - The building is close-knit community and we therefore do not allow loud noise or parties. - This is a WALK-UP (stairs), NO elevator: this unit is on the second and third level; therefore, you have to go up steep stairs (not suitable for those unable to walk up stairs).
