Hunt's Point Beach House ( Summerville-Liverpool)

My husband Jon and I host visitors to our cozy family vacation home. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view house is located in scenic Hunts Point, Nova Scotia. It sits across the street from Hunts Point public beach and a short drive to other scenic beaches. Liverpool is 10 min away for groceries; White Point Resort and Quarterdeck Grill each a 5 min drive. Relax on a large deck while listening to the ocean. We love to cook and our kitchen is fully equipped. The space Bright and airy with an ocean breeze, across the street from Hunt's Point Beach and minutes from Summerville Beach. Three spacious bedrooms, two large full bathrooms, open concept kitchen and ocean view dining. Grill outside on the Weber charcoal BBQ or in the fire pit. Fully heated for winter getaways. Guest access Wifi + smart TV (note there is no cable service - only streaming apps) ipad/iPhone speaker dock Included for guest's use: Bedding, towels, highchair, baby bathtub, beach towels, lobster pot, lobster tools. Charcoal not provided. Kitchen amenities: toaster, blender, coffee maker + French press Driveway for 4 cars Several local beaches near by: Hunt's Point Beach Summerville Beach (free access and parking) Carter's Beach in Port Mouton Other things to note Note this house is in a rural setting so it is NOT on municipal water service but on a well. Generally, we practice water conservation and especially in the hot months when the water table is lower. This means not having long showers, not running the water unnecessarily, such as when brushing teeth, or while doing dishes. This house has a maximum of 8 guests, which includes children over age 2. Please do not bring more than 8 guests or host parties. Our property managers live next door. Please do not bring your own bedding, towels, pillows or blankets.
