Three bedroom apartment has two double bedrooms and one single, a kitchen/lounge area and separate dining nook. kitchen is fully equipped. A great property for those working in the area, families, or those having a city break in Birmingham. We have decided to make this property dog friendly. Free parking on site. This apartment is a separate wing of a larger building which is part of a church. The space Our Charming Flat is part of a Grade 2 listed old pub, that use to be known as the Dog & Partridge Pub, built in 1929. This flat is the conversion of what was originally the old garage. The pub was converted to a church over 20 year ago (which still holds services on Sunday mornings and occasional evenings), but the flat is self contained with access from the car-park ramp. Guests get free parking in our private car park for up to 2 cars, and will access the flat through the garden gate. The space is a comfortable 3 bedroom with a lounge/dining/kitchen. There is step free access and tasteful decor throughout. Guest access Private access to indoors, entire apartment. Outside spaces such as car park and terrace are shared. Other things to note There is a washing machine in the kitchen but there is no dryer. Clothes must be dried either on the clothes rack outside, or at the laundromat which is 100metres away. They have large drying machines. Clothes can NOT be dried inside the apartment. We have a puppy who is sometimes in the garden. You may see her in passing, she is very friendly.
