The space The house is located on the second floor of a condominium, which is reached through 4 flights of stairs, and consists of a kitchen, bedroom with French double bed and two single bunk beds, bathroom with full bathroom fixtures and two balconies, one of which in the sleeping area overlooking the Apuan Alps, where you can relax in the company of a glass of wine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and toilet paper. We provide our guests with bed linens and a small set of towels. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, dishes, pots and utensils of various kinds, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, small oven, fridge and freezer, and HD TV. In the room you will find a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a shoe rack in which to store your belongings during your stay. It is equipped with HD TV. Air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas. Guest access The apartment is rented entirely and is available to guests for the duration of their stay. It also offers a reserved parking space inside the condominium courtyard. The entrance is shared and going up to the second floor you access the apartment.
