Post COVID-19, we continue committed to cleanliness and have maintained enhanced cleaning protocols as a standard practice. What people love most about this apartment is the feeling that everything is all right. The view from the balcony and the breeze are so amazing, that it mesmerizes visitors regardless of whether its day or night, shinny , sunny or rainy and gloomy outside. Many people even notice that the views from the hallway leading to the apartment door has beautiful Ocean views across Condado. We have made this space even more adequate and functional for working from home by adding a small desk, work chair and multifunction printer, because even though simply with the Wi-Fi working from anywhere in the apartment is a delight, we recognized sometimes a little extra privacy is needed. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment and direct access to the beach, pools and other amenities. We require our guests to become familiar and obey all applicable executive orders issued by the government of Puerto Rico. For stays beyond 9 days, we may require a weekly cleaning service and/or inspection. At any time, you may request us to coordinate an interim cleaning service at a discounted rate.
