Room in riverside house

Staying in this 19th century house, you will occupy an upstairs bedroom with views of the meadow and river. Free parking. We have 2 girls (get up 8 a.m./8:30 a.m., or earlier for school), and a Beauceron dog who sleeps in the living room. We are located 15 minutes from the stations of Maintenon or Epernon, which offer a train line to Paris (1 hour). The city center is a 5-minute walk to all amenities. Versailles is also about 50 minutes away by car and Chartres is 35 minutes away. The space The bedroom is upstairs, the shower room and toilet are on the ground floor. You will feel at home, you can cook, daydream under the shed on the river side, or lounge in front of the TV. This is a house in which we live, and what's more with 2 children, so it's not a "catalog" house😊. Our 4 and 7 year old girls wake up, on vacation, around 8 a.m., but go down to the ground floor to let you sleep longer. The cat stays outside night and day. Guest access Parking is right next door, the spaces are free, and there's always room.
