Room in a house by the river

When you stay in this 19th century house, you will occupy an upstairs room with views of the meadow and river. Free parking. We have 2 daughters (up at 8 a.m./8:30 a.m., or earlier for school), and a Beauceron dog who sleeps in the living room. We are located 15 minutes from the stations of Maintenon or Epernon which offer a train line to Paris (1h). Downtown is a 5 min walk to all amenities. Versailles is also about 50 minutes by car and Chartres 35 minutes. The space The bedroom is upstairs, the shower room and toilet on the ground floor. You will make yourself at home, you can cook, daydream under the riverside cabin, where you can lounge in front of the TV. This is a house we live in, and what's more with 2 children, so it's not a “catalog” house😊. Our 4 and 7 year old girls wake up, on vacation, around 8am, but go down to the ground floor to let you sleep longer. The cat stays outside night and day. Guest access Parking is right next door, the spaces are free, and there's always room.
