The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family property. There are also stairs leading up to the main entrance of the apartment. If stairs are an issue or carrying luggage and bags up and down stairs is an issue, this is not the property for you. Entry to the property is 100% electronic. There are keypads on the front door and on the door to the apartment.
