La Donna di Denari is a newly renovated two-room apartment located in a noble building of the 20th century, third floor without elevator, a few steps from Porta Carini, with the famous "Capo Market", and from the Teatro Massimo and the modest Palermo. Easily accessible from the "Lolli" metro stop, the apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Palermo. The space The apartment has just been finely renovated with a meticulous process that has allowed us to highlight the typical characteristics of the Sicilian buildings of the early 20th century, the year of construction of the building. The house is 150 meters from the Teatro Massimo, the heart of Palermo and the 3rd-largest theater in Europe. In the same street as the house, a few dozen meters away, there are: historic bakeries, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and also Villa Filippina, which hosts all kinds of events daily, especially on the weekend. 100 meters from the house is also the entrance to the most famous, typical and folklore-rich market in Palermo, the Capo market, where you can taste exquisite Sicilian delicacies every day. One of the many strengths of the house is definitely the location, if you choose to stay here with us you will have everything at your fingertips! For those arriving by car, however, it is possible to park in the immediate vicinity after using the parking meter from MON–SAT 9 am–8 pm (excluding band 14-16) or through one of the numerous private parking lots in the neighboring streets, the street is not in the LIMITED TRAFFIC AREA so it is possible to move around quietly. For those arriving from the airport, you can use the metro and get off at the "Lolli" stop and reach the apartment by walking for 5 minutes or by the bus with the Prestia e Comandè company, walking for 5 minutes.
