Enjoy a relaxing stay in this peaceful and centrally-located 1.5-room attic apartment in Eitelborn, lovingly furnished. The space The attic apartment in a house built in 1835 has a walk-in shower. Hairdryer available. The kitchen has a stove with oven, fridge, kettle, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, iron and toaster. Garbage bags, dish soap, dish towels and various spices are available in the kitchen. In the living room and bedroom, there is a box spring bed (140x200), a folding couch, a TV, a dining area and free Wi-Fi. Free parking and storage for bicycles are located right in front of or in the basement of the house. Marked with a blue sign that says "Privat." An ironing board and clothes rack are also available in the apartment. Guest access The front door is at ground level. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and unfortunately can only be reached via stairs. If possible, the keys will be handed over by me personally. If not, they will be available through a key box at the front door. The apartment is available for your own use. Other things to note Availability of a workplace and free Wi-Fi suitable for home office.
