Welcome to the heart of a small country village in Haute-Savoie. Located in an old farmhouse 25 minutes from Annecy, this spacious 80 m² duplex has a large and pleasant hanging terrace. Well-equipped accommodation, quiet and close to many points of interest such as Lake Annecy, Geneva, Andilly Park, Fier Gorges, ski resorts 35 minutes away… The space Ground floor: living room + kitchen + toilet Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds of 140 cm and 2 single beds of 90 cm) + bathroom with shower and toilet On-site: butcher-caterer-grocery store + café-restaurant. Supermarket less than 10 minutes away by car. Hiking departure point (nice country GR around the village). Bus 2 minutes' walk to the Bellegarde-sur-Valserine and Annecy train stations. Supply of sheets and towels included in the rate. A free parking space is reserved for you. WiFi is turned off between 10 pm and 8 am. Other things to note I am driven by 2 passions: botany and jewelry! As a nature guide and jewelry-making instructor, I invite you to take advantage of your stay to participate in a "DISCOVERY" workshop.
