The space On approx. 75 square meters you will find everything you need for a perfect stay in a historic yet modern apartment in the ensemble monument. +++ Note: In the period from August to probably mid-October 2024, construction work will take place on the roof of the house on weekdays and the house will be scaffolded. Occasional impairments may be expected, which is why the accommodation is rented at reduced prices for this period. +++ Living and dining: Do you like historic ambiance combined with modern amenities? Whether you enjoy a chic meal at the large dining table after a stroll through the historic Alststadt or make yourself comfortable on the couch with a good book – the beautiful original Franconian plank floors and the historic doors are a highlight for old building fans. Are you coming in groups of three or four? Then a cozy sofa bed awaits tired guests in the living room. It is 1.50 m wide and with a length of well over 2 m, it is long enough even for tall people. For thirsty smartphones, an inductive charging cradle is available and your favorite music comes into its own via Bluetooth on the small but fine Yamaha system! Turn on the pretty lighting on the railing and look forward to a relaxing evening in the wonderfully grown green of the courtyard. Bedroom s: The cozy master bedroom faces the very quiet courtyard – here you can rest after your exciting experiences in the old town! Even on hot summer days, you will enjoy a pleasantly cool climate. A comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 cm) pampers even the most tense back and if you don't like cold feet, you will appreciate the cozy duvets! Fast WiFi: Our guests benefit from a fast and stable Internet connection (250/40 Mbit). This is enough to stream movies or make several video calls at the same time. Guest access With our self-check-in, you can also arrive at unusual times - you can open the front door with your personal code via the keypad. You will automatically receive the code by email the day before your arrival. The apartment is located just after a few steps on the slightly elevated ground floor.
