At your disposal, a lush, rustic, wooded, hilly park of one hectare with paths and rest areas to discover, and a picnic table with free access. Near the main house: private covered terrace of 20 m² with living room and dining room, near a private pool measuring 7 m x 3.5 m. No kitchen. Meals are not allowed in the rooms. Dishware loan and shared refrigerator in the pool technical room. The barn has two suites: if you only rent this one, rest assured, for your peace of mind, that the other will not be rented. The main house is located 30 meters from your home. A welcome drink awaits. The village is 5.5 km away, with supermarket, gas station, bakery and pharmacy, and many other shops. Other things to note Access to the entire wooded and hilly park of one hectare and its many alleys, and rest areas, with the exception of two natural biodiversity conservation areas that you will recognize, sinceimpenetrable. Free access to the picnic table near the pond with barbecue and plancha and umbrella. Plenty of spaces to explore. Do not leave young children alone in the garden: risk of falling into the pond, and the presence of steep areas. From May 2026 the pool will be at your disposal with a mandatory shower on site. Children must be under your constant supervision.
