Insta @arraial_casa01 The space The house has an open plan design with a luxurious fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, a large induction hob, dish washing machine, ice cube maker and kitchen island. The dining area features a long wooden table seating 8 and the living area has custom made sofas and a 75 inch TV screen. Through the sliding doors, enter the deck and the outside kitchen and dining area. The pool of 9 meters includes a half circle seating area, where you can enjoy your drink. Another deck runs alongside the full length of the pool with two loungers towards the BBQ area. Behind the side of the house is the service area. All four bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and three have their own veranda. The master bedroom has two auxiliary beds that can be hidden underneath the kingsize bed. Behind the house is an extra fully equipped tropical bathroom. Wooden details throughout this house give it real character! Guest access Guests use a remote control (one) to open the gate to the parking area. There is free parking for up to two cars. The parking lot is shared with three other houses in the Condominium, each can park two cars. Guests can also get access to the parking with a key that opens a separate door. Walk down the garden path alongside the eucalyptus fence towards the entrance to the garden. Once in the garden, enter the house with a separate housekey. Other things to note The house has strong Wi-Fi signals throughout, also at the pool. If you need to do some work, the downstairs bedroom doubles as an office with a desk and desk chair. We can refer you to a cook who charges on a per day basis. Your electricity consumption will be charged at the end of the tenancy. For bookings of more than 7 nights, our cleaner will clean the entire house every 3rd day, without an extra charge. She is available to clean on a more regular basis also on a per day basis. Rates depend on the tenancy.
