The Chalet of dreams, relaxation and healing sport. In the heart of Presanella, 8 km from Passo del Tonale and 15 km from Marivella, with skibus stop opposite. A restored farmhouse, with attention to healing design: furnishings in local scented woods with calming olfactory notes. It meets the needs of the sportsman with a ski/bike depot, sauna and Finnish tub for psycho-physical relaxation. The space The three-storey chalet is composed as follows: • Small courtyard in front of the entrance, with relaxation area and wooden Canadian chairs; • Finnish tub, wood-heated outside; • Wooden patio equipped with twilight lights, table, chairs and gas barbecue; • Living area with dining room and kitchen; • Room "Milton" with double bed and bunk bed (2 places) with study corner and private bathroom; • Room "Totilas" with double bed and sauna (adult only) with study corner and private bathroom; • Room "Varenne" with double bed and bunk bed (2 places) with study corner and private bathroom; • Room "For Pleasure 1" with double bed and study corner shared bathroom; • Room "For Pleasure 2" with double bed and shared bathroom; • A garage with ski and boot storage area, sink with extension for cleaning bikes and laundry corner with washing machine and dryer. • Parking spaces: 1 inside the garage (no SUV/Jeep) and another 2/3 in the courtyard outside the hamlet. Guest access The space can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 people and consists of an outdoor area with a large furnished porch, where you can enjoy a meal together or relax under the starry sky between the forest and mountains. The indoor area consists of three floors: On the second floor we find the entrance hall with dining room and modern linear kitchen, equipped with new designer appliances. Each room is equipped with Alexa, with voice control. The 'Varenne' room has a large window overlooking the fascinating mountains, a queen-size double bed, a bunk bed, a 40" smart TV and a windowed bathroom for the exclusive use of the room complete with shower and bidet. Going down to the first floor we find the "Milton" room with a Queen size double bed, a bunk bed, a 40" smart TV and a windowed bathroom for the exclusive use of the room complete with shower and bidet. Once again, the room's large window opens onto a breathtaking view. The second room on the first floor "Totilas" features a raised Queen size double bed, a 40" smart TV, a full bathroom for the exclusive use of the room and a Sauna with dual infrared or Finnish mode. On the third and top floor are two rooms and a bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. The two 'For Pleasure' rooms have a typical sloping roof with exposed beams, two double beds and two 32" smart TVs. The smaller room on the right has no closing door. There is also a convenient garage on the main façade, equipped for storing skis, bikes and a carport. In the garage you will also find a washing machine, dryer, broom and electric vacuum cleaner. The uniqueness of the structure lies in the details, in the meticulous attention to detail, aimed at the maximum well-being of our guests. The furnishings are entirely made to measure by local craftsmen, nothing has been wasted, but reinvented in a modern and ecological key, from the feet of the bed with tree references to small carvings of evocative shapes. Each room is unique, named after a horse that has made history, this in honour of my daughter, who has practised show jumping since she was a child, and of the whole family's love of horses. As you walk around the Maso you will experience different emotions, accompanied by the various wooden essences in each room, which will stimulate your senses with natural and relaxing scents and materials. The 'furnishing' pillows on the beds are in fact padded with Cirmolo chipboard, a fragrant wood with antibacterial properties, combined with expectorant and relaxing properties, an excellent ally in cases of coughs, colds and respiratory disorders. Even the main mattresses and pillows are 100% natural, signed "NewFly", with attention to the environment and psycho-physical well-being. In the Chalet you will find the 'Super G' cookware collection with an innovative cooking system, which allows you to cook without adding water or oil, retaining flavours and nutrients. The unique capsular base accumulates heat, ensuring that it is evenly and gradually distributed. Other things to note • The hot water tub in summer is available only upon request. • The ski bus usually runs from December 21 to March 30. • Please note that to access the Chalet, it will be necessary to climb some historic stone steps. • We have one covered parking space (not for SUVs or Jeeps) and 2/3 uncovered parking spaces. • The use of the sauna is subject to a fee, with €2 coins to limit waste. The cost for one hour in the sauna is €8. The first two sauna sessions (totaling 2 hours) are offered by the Chalet. • We provide breakfast for the first day. • Please note that the tourist tax is calculated during the booking process and will be paid to the Municipality of Vermiglio. • Entry to the property will be with the host. • Electric cars cannot be recharged in the Chalet because of the Kw. • To access the property, it will be necessary to provide identification documents for each guest.
