The space Ground Floor On entering the house, a little porch gives access out onto the secluded East facing balcony with its spectacular views across the sea towards the Isle of May. This is the ideal spot for a morning coffee whilst soaking up the beautiful scenery. The porch also leads into the main living area which is tastefully decorated and has a bright, airy vibe. The layout is quirky with plenty of natural light from the three sash windows. The room exudes comfort and relaxation, and has a variety of books and board games on offer for those cozy days or nights in. There is also a 49inch wall mounted Smart TV with countless channels. Off of the living space is the master bedroom, which has a wonderful view across the pantile roof tops, and can either be made up with a Superking size bed, or with twin beds. It will be set as Superking by default, unless Twin beds are requested in advance of arrival. The bathroom also leads off of the living area, and contains a large walk in shower. Stairs lead down to the lower level. The Lower Level Bedroom Two is located here, with a comfortable double bed, and a great view out onto the private terrace courtyard (a sun trap by day and fairy lit by night). The natural light from the 4 windows makes this a very bright and sunny space. Bedroom Three is also on this level, and contains a comfortable double bed, and plenty of storage in the double mirrored wardrobes. The Dining Kitchen is also situated at this level, and opens out onto the private terrace and BBQ area. The perfect spot for catching the afternoon sun, or relaxing with an evening drink. The kitchen itself is very well equipped, and boasts just about every kitchenware you can think of! So, if you plan to self cater by cooking up something cordon bleu, do a spot of baking, or simply heat something through, it’s all there. For your convenience there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, double oven and grill, microwave, ceramic hob, slow cooker, and coffee machine. EPC rating. D Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note One well behaved dog allowed at a charge of £40. Other pets including cats, not allowed. Sorry no Hen or Stag parties. No parties. The back courtyard is fully enclosed so no child or dog can escape, and there is a public park within a minutes walk for both to run around, play and do the loo (dogs not children 😊)
