Included Wi-Fi, air conditioning & heat, along with convection toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee, mini refrigerator and iron. South facing windows bring in light. The space We renovated our studio with fresh calming colors and a clean design. The gorgeous flat Ogunquit beach is less than a mile away - an easy walk, drive or take the Trolley in season. Explore all the quaint shops that offer unique and local art, as well as wonderful restaurants. Our studio has a comfortable new queen mattress with fresh sheets along with a couch that opens up to a double memory foam mattress. High-speed WIFI, TV with streaming services, air conditioning and heat are included. Indoor and outdoor pools are open during the season. Beach towels provided for your use. While it does not have a full kitchen, appliances include a small refrigerator with small freezer (ice cube trays in the freezer), convection toaster oven, microwave, Keurig single pod coffee maker and an iron. Silverware, plates, cups etc. are in the cabinet under the appliances. The only sink is in the bathroom where you will find towels & basic toiletries like bath tissue, shampoo and soap. We have a professional cleaning company clean between each guest stay. There is a Washer/Dryer is in the lobby; one uses a laundry app. Cost is ~$2 per cycle. The studio is located in the North building, (the building to the right, when looking at the resort from parking lot). Studio is facing the front side of the building (facing route 1). The resort allocates one car parking with a pass required between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The blue pass is located in the studio. Please note the following: - Must be 21 years old to reserve the studio - No smoking/vaping (of any kind). No parties, rowdiness, no pets.
