The apartment (75sqm) is located in the farmhouse owned by our family, in an area with lush vegetation at the foot of the hills of : Buggiano Castello, Colle di Buggiano, Massa, Cozzile. The space The independent apartment with air conditioning and independent heating is located on the ground floor of our farmhouse and consists of: entrance/living room with Netflix TV, kitchen complete with all services with large dining area and Netflix TV. A bathroom with shower (80x80cm) 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds. All windows are equipped with railings and mosquito nets. It has a patio with a wooden table and benches where you can dine outdoors, perhaps eating a Florentine steak cooked in the barbecue. The large garden is equipped with an umbrella, deck chairs, and sun loungers where you can relax in front of a glass of good Tuscan wine after your trips and excursions, and enjoy the pleasantly cool air from sunset to evening. We are in the countryside among trees, olive trees, and lots of greenery. Small above-ground pool 4x2x1.20 m (from June to mid-September).
