The apartment (75 sqm) is located in the cottage owned by our family, in an area with lush vegetation at the foot of the hills of: Buggiano Castello, Colle di Buggiano, Massa, Cozzile. About 300 meters away you will find: gas station, ice cream shop, wine shop, tobacco bar, coffee shop, fruit and vegetables that can also be reached on foot. The space The independent apartment with air conditioning and independent heating is located on the ground floor of our farmhouse and consists of: entrance/living room with Netflix TV, kitchen complete with all services with large dining area and Netflix TV. A bathroom with shower (80x80cm), 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds. All windows are equipped with grilles and mosquito nets. It has a patio with a wooden table and benches where you can dine outdoors, perhaps eating a Florentine steak cooked on the barbecue. The large garden is equipped with an umbrella, deckchairs and sun loungers where you can relax in front of a glass of good Tuscan wine after your trips, excursions and enjoy, from sunset to evening, the pleasantly fresh air. We are located in the countryside among trees, olive trees and lots of greenery. Small above-ground swimming pool 4x2x1.20 m (from June to mid-September). Private parking space on the property and covered parking only for motorcycles and bicycles. Open all year round. In winter, the veranda is enclosed by PVC walls, so it can also be used in case of rain, wind, and is also suitable for smokers.
