Fill yourself with peace and energy at Casa Tam IG: casa_tam The space Our space is located in a privileged area facing the lagoon, the bungalow is located just 20 meters from the lagoon, (it has a partial view of the lagoon). It will make you feel in direct contact with nature, both day and night, access to the dock, a lobby with independent stilts inside the palapa, the room is a lotf, open spaces with great ventilation, large clear light, warm lighting, accents in wood finishes and polished concrete great eco chic interior design and to allow circulation inside the place fiber mats. Guest access THE BUNGALOW: It is a complete room, with two queen beds, a full bathroom, a coffee maker, a minibar, coffee, water, tea and an external deck terrace. It does NOT have a kitchen. (important if you require the service.) THE SPACES: Our spaces are spacious, we take care of the cleanliness of the place, we have a night watchman, the general areas are shared with other guests and family, as well as our pets, it is perfect accommodation for friends and couples. OUR PETS: It is important that you enjoy the company of our pets. There are 3 dogs, two of them adopted, as they roam freely on the property. They do not cause any problems and are friendly. GENERAL AREAS: We have a private parking area inside the property. -Multipurpose palapa, dock with palapa, lounge area. (The lagoon area is shared with other guests who also have access) The area where the lagoon, dock and palapa are located is only shared with other guests, family and friends, there is no public access. CLEANING SERVICE: If you want an extra cleaning service during your stay, it will have an extra cost. It is important to ask a day before to organize and provide the service. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, in case you arrive after hours, it is important that you let us know your approximate arrival time to be with you on time since we take between 30 and 60 min. to move. Check-out is 11:00 AM. We do not have late check-out. EXTRA SERVICES FOR A FEE MASSAGE (massage service must be requested via the platform with the main host.) -individual - as a couple TOURS private sailing group sailing Other things to note *It's important to note that there is a lot of nature as well as insects and animals in the area, and you will probably come into direct contact with them. On weekends we enjoy the company of family and friends who will be on the premises. (We will seek to respect the guests' rest.) * Bring enough cash, as ATMs don't always work, and it could affect your stay. * The town is small, so you can easily get around. *We do NOT accept small children (under 14 years old). Our facilities are not prepared for small children and we do not have any accessories to help with their stay. We are currently maintaining some areas of our space, so you will be in contact with our staff on some occasions. DECEMBER 2024 We have an unexpected visitor who has decided to perch on our dock to sunbathe. In the mornings and afternoons on some days a crocodile visits our dock.
