All the properties are large and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. You can walk to the base of the Sierras from this property. You can also easily access the Buttermilks via Line St. by car. The town of Bishop is under a 5 minute drive. We have every guest sign a rental agreement contract. This contract will be provided after booking. The contract keeps us compliant with local and state laws and tells our guests the expectations when staying at the property.
