The sea is literally at your doorstep with access to a natural tidal pool just 3 steps off sea wall. The reef is just a few feet from your front door offering incredible snorkeling and diving opportunities. We can arrange for you to dive with the Reef House (one of the oldest dive operations on Roatan) which is right next door. Diving couldn’t be any easier! Oakridge offers a glimpse of the "real" Roatan - it is a Caribbean fishing village once home to many of the island shrimp and lobster boats. Many homes are built precariously on stilts along the water‘s edge, Some of the islands unique local restaurants and hangouts like Hole in the Wall, or BJ's Backyard are also just a short water taxi ride away Some other amazing things to do on the east side of the island would include a visit to Port Royal, Lime Key, the Pigeon Keys, Camp Bay Beach, Marble Hill Farms and a Mangrove Tour.
