Enjoy this fabulous studio as a family. Large studio perfect for 4 people, located in a secure residence on the 1st floor with elevator and private parking space. The accommodation is 50 meters from Du Môle beach and very close also to shops, restaurants, bars and Centre Port. In the residence you have the 2 large swimming pools ( one with salt water) and a wading pool (open from May until the end of August ) to enjoy the beautiful weather with family or friends. The space Our place is a large air-conditioned studio (30m2). The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a convertible sofa (2 people) and 2 bunk beds and a loggia corner open to the living room. You will find a TV in the accommodation. (more than 30 channels), fridge, hob, Philips Senseo pod coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and dishes. The accommodation is in a quiet location but also very close to the mother and all shops. Entry into the residence and also into the building is via a code that you receive it before your arrival. Guest access You have access to a private parking space inside the residence . You also have the right to enjoy the pools that are located in the residence with specific bracelets. ( The loss of the bracelet results in a 50 euro/ bracelet penalty on your bill.) Other things to note Bed sheets and bath and toilet towels are not included,but on request we can offer them for an additional amount of 10 euro/person/stay.
