In the evening, when the sun retires behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight spreads, you loosen your muscles in the sauna area of the resort. Please note that these are sample pictures. The space On 107 m², our penthouse provides ample space for up to 8 people. Your holiday home features 3 bedrooms with double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms with shower and WCs. There is also a 40 m2 large terrace. The kitchen in our penthouse is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker). A small Alps Resorts starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival. Highlight: Spent your vacation in the Kitzbühel Suites in the heart of Tyrol, not far from 3 ski areas. The Kitzski, St. Johann and Going ski areas offer top leisure activities in both winter and summer. After a long day of skiing or hiking, relax in the wellness area with saunas and relaxation room. You will also find a swimming pool directly behind the resort, which provides a cool change on warm summer days. The entry to the swimming pool in Oberndorf is free for our guests. (approx. mid-May to mid-October) Wi-Fi is included, Sat-Tv. All pictures are intended as examples only. Each unit is individually furnished. Guest access Each penthouse is for your sole use and therefore has a private entrance. The reception is located on the first floor of the resort. Due to the varying opening hours, we kindly ask you to contact the reception before arrival to ensure a smooth check in.
