Country bliss in the Hunsrück | Sauna & pellet stove

Our cozy country haven in the Hunsrück is the perfect retreat between the Hunsrück and the Moselle. Enjoy relaxing hours in the private sauna, cozy warmth by the pellet stove and the tranquility of the small village of Raversbeuren. Families will appreciate the directly adjacent playground. Hiking trails and nature start at your doorstep, and the Moselle is just a short drive away. Ideal for hiking, biking, relaxing and unwinding. The space The cottage In the wooden house, there is an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed if needed. A narrow and very steep staircase leads you to the open sleeping loft with sloping ceilings. Here are two single beds put together, a cot (70 × 140 cm), and a writing desk. You can also access the small balcony from here. If required, two additional folding mattresses can be placed on the floor. The stairs are secured at the top with a stair gate. Please note: The sleeping floor is an open space without separate bedrooms, and due to the design of the wooden house, there is a lot of noise between the living and sleeping areas. In the annex are the bathroom with shower and private sauna, a separate toilet and a storage room. With a lounging area about 1.80 m long and an additional seating area, the sauna accommodates two people. Outdoors & Amenities You can park for free in the large courtyard right by the house. A carport is also available. Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored in the lockable shed. In front of the house, a bench and a seating area with a round wooden table and chairs invite you to linger. In addition, a BBQ and small lawn areas are available to you in front of and behind the house. For families, in addition to the directly adjacent playground, there is a cot, a high chair, children's tableware and toys. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and sauna towels are included. In the storage room, you will also find an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, cleaning utensils and pellets for the stove. Only a closet in the hallway is locked and is privately used by us. Other things to note Lights, heating & keys There are no classic light switches in the wooden house. The lights are turned on and off using small white manual switches. The pellet stove provides cozy warmth in the open plan living and dining area with kitchen. The hallway, bathroom and upper sleeping area each also have a storage heater. You will find the house key in the key box directly in front of the entrance. The box can be opened with the code provided to you, allowing for an easy and flexible arrival.
