Nestled on a hill with stunning views of the area, our restored old farm can accommodate up to 5 people in a peaceful and inspiring setting. Ideal for teleworkers or vacationers looking to escape the city and recharge their batteries in a preserved natural environment. The house has friendly common areas as well as a coworking space equipped with a fiber connection to allow our residents to work in the best conditions. The space The house is 160 m^2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. The Platon room has 2 single beds. You have access to the following living areas: equipped kitchen, living room dining room with fireplace, coworking office, mezzanine library and laundry room. The Hamlet is surrounded by an estate of 7 hectares of meadows and woods. Directly adjacent to the house you will have access to a terrace to enjoy a drink in summer or share good meals, a vegetable garden and an orchard. We also have a chicken coop on the property.
