It is very spacious with plenty of room for groups. The perfect getaway to connect with friends and family to recharge. 5 bedrooms with queen beds 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 2 twin mattresses 1 loft with 2 queen beds. You can bring tents and camping chairs if you want to spend time outdoors and around the fire pit, firewood is provided in the little shed outside along with 8 chairs around the campfire. There is a heated in ground pool available for you to enjoy and also a large hot tub. The pool is closed during off from aprox late April to Oct due to cold weather. The hot tub we keep open year round. The kitchen is stocked with most standard cooking supplies, There is a charcoal grille available, Bring your own charcoal. The basement is very open and spacious and has a ping pond table and a pool table. There is a portable volleyball set, Corn hole, and a golf toss game There is a full sized outdoor pickleball court Washer and dryer available to you at no extra cost. Tv's are smart tv's, so you can sign into your own accounts. Coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker, some coffee is provided. There is an outdoor fire pit in the backyard that you can build a fire, Firewood is provided at no extra cost. Guest access This is a private retreat and you will have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note The pool and hot tub have no life guard on duty and are swim at your own risk. Keep children supervised by an adult at all times and wearing life vests when near the water.
