It is only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. ;) The space SUN apartment has a total area of ​​112 square meters and 12 square meters of balconies. A feature of the apartment is the spaciousness, because the living area, which consists of an interconnected kitchen, dining room and living room, covers as much as 50 square meters! The apartment has 3 rooms with a double bed and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath tub and the other with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa that can sleep two people. Guest access In addition to the apartment for use, you have an outdoor area with a swimming pool of 34 square meters, a sun deck with deck chairs and a lounge area. An outdoor grill with a dining area is also available on request. Other things to note The SUN apartment is located in a house with total of 4 apartments- 3 apartments on the floors and one on the ground floor. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. If you plan to go to the beach, please bring beach towels with you. In the outdoor space there is a swimming pool of 34 m2, which is common to all units inside the house. Observance of the house rules, especially the night time (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) and the use of the swimming pool in the period from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) is mandatory for all guests. Parties are not allowed in the apartment and the outdoor area around the house. While using the pool, it is not allowed to make noise and thereby disturb other guests. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. If you want an earlier check in or a later check out, and this allows the availability of the apartment, an additional payment is required. In case of early arrival or late departure, upon agreement, you can leave your luggage in the storage room/garage, without extra charge. As you arrive, you are obligated to hand over your identification documents to the owner so we can report your stay to the Tourist Board. Free private parking is available.
