For added convenience, this room includes an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 2 Designed with a blend of simplicity and modernity, this first-floor bedroom exudes cosiness, offering a comfortable retreat within the property. Equipped with essential amenities, it offers an AC, heater Wi-Fi, a TV, an extra mattress, a wardrobe for storage, and a comfortable seating area. For added convenience, this room includes an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS There are 2 ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. LIVING ROOM Upon entering the property, you'll be welcomed by a charming and snug living room, thoughtfully designed to blend comfort and elegance seamlessly. Featuring a sofa-style seating arrangement capable of accommodating up to 7 people, this space also boasts a bar area complete with two bar stools. It is fully equipped with an AC, heater a TV, a wired music system for ambience, Wi-Fi for connectivity, and a CCTV camera to ensure security. DINING AREA As you ascend the steps from outside the villa toward the first floor, you'll be welcomed by an open dining area. Offering a view of the projector setup and the manicured lawn, this space is designed to comfortably seat up to 10 people. It is an ideal spot for gatherings and dining with a cinematic backdrop. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. LAWN Spread across an area of about 2500 sq.ft., the manicured lawn serves as the perfect space for morning and evening strolls or engaging in outdoor games. Divided into 2 sections, one part of the lawn offers a projector setup, while the other provides a badminton court suitable for both kids and adults. Adding to its charm, it is adorned with a gazebo, providing a delightful space for up to 8 people to gather and enjoy the surroundings. POOL The pool here is an oasis where you can either dip your feet or fully submerge yourself, offering a refreshing escape from the scorching heat. It is 25x10 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - barbecue and groceries will be charged on an actual basis; guests need to arrange the raw materials. - Chef services are available on call, at an additional charge of Rs 2500 per day. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
