Accessibility - The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide, leading to 1 step to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 65cm wide, there is 1 step down from the kitchen to the utility area. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 130cm wide, the path around the pool is 175cm wide, this area is flat. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The bedroom doors and bathroom doors are all 65cm wide, the bathroom is a shower/bath type.
