The space Our large, newly renovated 100m2 three-room apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of an ancient building in Piazza Duomo, can be easily reached by lift (except for a few steps to climb at the entrance) and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. From the large room with open kitchen for those who love to cook you can access the pearl of the house, the large equipped panoramic terrace from which to enjoy unforgettable views of the surrounding monuments and the mountains that overlook the city of Como. It is the perfect place for a romantic aperitif or a divine breakfast with the morning sun, waking up to the sound of the bells of Como Cathedral. Inside the apartment there is a large double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Independently controllable air conditioning is available in each room. In the living room there is a sofa bed and Smart TV in all rooms. The large bathroom with large shower cubicle and finished down to the smallest details. Live like a King!
