NO COMMISSION FOR OUR GUESTS An elegant two-floors property with four rooms, perched above the town of Ascrea and the surrounding landscape, offering a captivating panorama with fabulous views of the town, mountains, and Lake Turano. Additionally, the elevated location bathes the areas of the house in abundant natural light! The environment is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a delightful stay, including air conditioning, free WiFi, free street parking, and a smart TV. The space Structure standing on the surrounding territory, offering a very bright position, and located in front of the Monte Navegna and Monte Cervia Natural Reserve. The accommodation is equipped with essential amenities to ensure maximum relaxation and pleasure. Compared to other towns and areas nearby, we are positioned at an altitude of 750 meters, providing a cooler environment even in summer and a dry climate without any humidity! • Ground floor: The entrance living room is windowed and represents the heart of the structure. There is direct access to the first two bedrooms with bathrooms. It also provides access to the lower floor. Inside this room, you will find: Large wall mirror Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee machine with capsules, and tea kettle 50-inch Smart TV for a fun evening Dedicated workspace with a desk and chair Dining table with 4 seats Two-seater sofa Continuing on the same floor, we have: Monte Navegna Room: king-size double bed, wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and access to the balcony with a small table for two, where you can relax and admire the stunning landscape or have an outdoor meal. This balcony offers one of the most beautiful views of the entire lake! Mirandella Room: bunk bed, smart TV, and access to the same balcony. First bathroom complete with facilities and a shower cabin. • Second floor: Monte Cervia Room: king-size double bed, window overlooking the lake, and smart TV. Monte Filone Room: single bed, smart TV, and window with a view of the lake. Second bathroom complete with facilities and a shower cabin. Completing the picture is a laundry area located on the second floor. The entire accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. Each suite (double bedroom) has a separate king-size bed from the living room. There is a Smart TV in each area of the house. The two bathrooms are equipped with facilities, hairdryer, and courtesy kit with shampoo and shower gel. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and duvets available. Guest access Guests have free access to all the outdoor and indoor spaces around the property; we only require confirmation in case they need to use the laundry room. Other things to note Breakfast service is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and can be delivered to your accommodation by the Locanda Belvedere bar or alternatively enjoyed on-site. Driver service available upon request. The option of home delivery service from the "Locanda Belvedere" restaurant is also available. The fireplace can be used from November to March, inclusive.
