Sea view apartment in the municipality of Bordighera, in the splendid setting of the Madonna della Ruota promontory, within a well-kept residential complex. 5 minutes on foot from the free sandy beach of Baia Verde, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ospedaletti, and 15 minutes on foot from the center of Ospedaletti. The towns of Sanremo which is 5km away, Bordighera at 3km and the Côte d'Azur with Menton, Montecarlo and Nice less than an hour away are within easy reach. PRIVATE PARKING PLACE The space Located on the fourth and top floor of a building with lift and private parking, the apartment opens onto an elegant and spacious living room with TV, sofa bed for two people and dining table. The French window makes the room very bright and gives access to the balcony with a splendid view of the sea. Here you will find an outdoor table with chairs where you can enjoy the summer days and evenings to the fullest while admiring the beautiful panorama of the coast. Next to the room there is a kitchen with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery for preparing and eating meals during your stay. Proceeding you will find the bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is therefore 4 people. Finally there is a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is AIR CONDITIONING. For the winter months, the heating is centralized in the condominium, therefore the heaters' ignition times will follow, decided by the administration and independent of us. There is the free Wi-Fi connection. The house is equipped with a PRIVATE CAR BOX. There is currently no wi-fi connection service. Bed linen and towels are provided by us based on the number of guests booked and are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces of the apartment without any area shared with others. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the AIRBNB booking receipt for your expenses POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: The municipality of Bordighera applies a tourist tax of €1.50/day per person aged 12 and over (up to 15 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted times is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of € 30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-ins before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.
