Queen apartment with Rooftop, by the Ferry

The apartment is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the barbecue, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening ;) The space The loft is ideal for travellers who wishes to know the real Mexico! Totally equipped with: a queen size bed (150 x 200 cm/4,92 x 6,56 in), fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with rain shower, smart TV, working table in case you need (don’t forget you are on holiday) and a balcony with a hammock to enjoy the morning or the evening. - AC unit controlled by Cuby smart ™. The photographs show different units available within the property. All maintain the same style, layout, and amenities, but the specific unit assigned will depend on availability upon your arrival. Guest access -A/C. -Wi-Fi. -Indoor parking lot. -Smart TV 43". -Safe. -Rooftop garden with sea view, grill, table and chairs to enjoy the day. -Portable crib (subject to availability). -Private airport transportation (with extra cost). -Luggage storage service before check-in and after checkout. Other things to note HOUSE RULES -Building public areas access are from 09:00am-09:00pm. -No yelling at the hallways. -Keep the volume in a respectful level, there will be more people resting. -Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. You can always use the rooftop -It is important to take care of the objects inside the room, please avoid any misuse of them. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. - The replacement of lost keys will cost $50 USD. NOTE: If keys are lost outside of service hours, no one will be available to open the door until the next morning. - Water, electricity, and internet are services provided by third parties, so as hosts, we cannot guarantee their service 100%. The lack of these services is not grounds for a refund. However, we will always do our best to have them restored as soon as possible. - We are not responsible for issues with other service providers during the stay. - If you need it, we offer early check-in and late checkout options for an additional cost of $10 USD per hour. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND HOST APPROVAL. - The building does not have elevator. WEATHER NOTE: Don't forget that Cancún has a tropical climate in which, during summer and rain season, is pretty normal to have mosquitos and ants in the property (even if we treat with insecticide every 15 days).
