The space There are open living rooms in both the upstairs and downstairs spaces. Kitchens are perfect for hosting and have all you would need to prepare a meal! The upstairs dining table seats 8 while the downstairs seats 6. The bedrooms are comfy & cozy! Be assured that you will have a wonderful nights rest! :) Guest access Entire House Other things to note House is located along the woods on a farm with cows and chickens. The house is accessible by rural road about 10 minutes drive to the town of Purcellville. The farm has cows and chickens along with wild animals and bugs, especially brown marmorated stink bugs in the early fall season. Again, there are bugs, pests and animals naturally in the country so expect to find them present on the property, too. Internet, electricity and TV cannot be guaranteed in case of technical issues with the provider. Weather is not guaranteed, and please stay away from the creek during or following heavy rain to avoid flooding. The reservation must match no more than the permitted number of guests at any time. Guests are subject to additional large fees and charges if guests do not honor reservation agreement by exceeding total permitted number of guests. This rental is managed by Sycamore Creek Farm LLC.
