The space This quiet, air-conditioned room is in the center of the house, making it peaceful for travelers who want to work on a laptop or catch a good movie on our vast channel selections. All amenities apply to other rooms listed in this large house. Could you check them out, along with pictures of common areas? You have kitchen privileges for light preparation or storing food. All guestrooms have a Keurig coffee maker for early risers or late-night business finishes. This room has an immaculate shared bathroom. Guest access The Communal kitchen is available to use by all guests. All standard rooms and spaces are guest friendly except the back stairs that lead to private living office space for your hosts and service. Someone will always be available by phone to address any concerns or needs in the house or getting around. Numbers are listed on the kitchen whiteboard for Espanol & English speakers. We are always a call away for help, but we respect your privacy if desired. We enjoy conversations with forward-thinking people from all walks of life worldwide. We want our guests to make themselves at home, with just a few simple rules listed for all rooms. Thank you. During your stay Someone can always be reached by phone for anything they need or want to know. There are maps and pamphlets of things to do as tourists at the bottom of the guest staircase. We are only sometimes home, but still available by telephone in English and Spanish. The phone numbers are listed on the Whiteboard next to the kitchen back exit door. We are both friendly if you want to talk, yet most single or coupled guests tend to enjoy their own space and privacy. We always appreciate anyone who notices anything in the house that needs attention, like a light bulb that burned out while here. It is a big house, so little easy things can go unnoticed in the light of day. Small things like this can annoy the next guest if we don't take care of it. We would rather hear it from you while you are here, so we can replace it rather than hear about it in a posted review. Our housekeeper is here to care for the floors and kitchen, bathrooms, and fresh towels two days a week. Other things to note This house has been renting space since 2006. We want you to feel at home at all times. We'd like to ask that if there are other individual rooms in use, you will use the standard rules after 10 PM to lower the volume on TVs or music systems unless you have rented all guest rooms. Then rock on... If you are a late-night person, it is all good as long as your return home is respectful of other guests that may be sleeping after 10:00 PM.
