Kitchen is ready to use. Has pots, pans, and seasoning. Also rice cooker, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Counter-top oven can fit a 12" pizza. Bathroom has soap, shampoo, hair dryer and essentials, in case you forget to bring something. Parking is in located within the gated area. Please park only in the designated spot. Vehicles parked in other spots may be towed. You may send a message via the AirBnB site at any time. I will respond as soon as I notice the message. Check-in and check-out extensions are available upon request. However, for your convenience and safety, please plan to arrive and leave during daylight hours. Grocery Outlet store next to condo complex, most general items are available. Starbucks, IHOP , Cafe, Office Depot , City Hall, Convention Center, CRMC and downtown are within walking distance. Note: Whether and where to walk depends on guests' comfort level. Travel around Fresno is easiest by car. Uber is available. The hospital, grocery store, and downtown are within walking distance. A few important points: * Hosts reserve the right to check IDs and proof of income before and after accepting reservations. * The person booking must be the occupant and will be responsible for any damages or extra charges caused by additional guests. * No smoking, incense, candles, vaping, e-cigarettes or burning of other items, not even on the balcony. * No pets are allowed. Service animals must be trained to assist with a disability. The owner must accompany the animal at all times. (Comfort animals are not service animals.) * Utilities and internet are provided, but are *not* unlimited. Please be conscientious with your use. Utilities has been greatly increased in CA since after Covid. There will be additional energy surcharge if over limit usage. Average is usually $95-$200 / month, depends on the temperature you set and how much energy you want to consume.
