You can take a break from everyday life with up to a total of 8 people. Attention: The garden with swimming pond is a quiet area and is also used by guests of another vacation home. The space The house is only approved for adults (from 14 years of age accompanied by a parent or guardian) and has a total of 8 beds. Each of the apartments is equipped with high-quality natural materials from our own carpentry shop, for 2 people each: - FEWO Quelle on the ground floor, barrier-free, bedroom with extra-long double bed 180 x 220, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower/toilet, fireplace, large high terrace to the south/east with cozy furniture and Jacuzzi - APP Malz on the 1st floor, double bed 180 x 200, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, large furnished balcony facing south/east, bathroom with toilet/bidet and shower, infrared sauna - APP Hopfen on the 1st floor, double bed 180 x 200, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet, XL shower, infrared sauna - Double room Gerste on the 2nd floor, double bed 180 x 200, with bath/shower and toilet - Brewing kitchen on the ground floor, with large dining table and cooking area, perfect as a central meeting place and for cooking, eating, playing, making music, discussing and more - In front of the house, cozy seating and fireplace, popular all year round to enjoy the first and last rays of the sun with a jug of beer or a glass of wine - In the garden behind Brauhaus 3 are a swimming pond, sauna and many retreats in the countryside Guest access Vehicles are in or at the carport, there are 2 charging points for electric vehicles and options for charging bicycle batteries Other things to note If the house is not displayed as available at the desired time, it may still be booked for less than 8 people. If you are traveling with less than 8 people and do not want to rent the whole house, but only part of the apartments, I will gladly make an offer according to your wishes.
