Beautiful outdoor spaces include an oversized fire pit area and a huge manicured lawn with endless outdoor amenities as well as a privately owned bridge leading to the lakefront area over the picturesque North McMillan Creek. Excellent for fishing, standup paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing both in the creek and the lake. Guest access There is an extra large front lawn landscaped and manicured for your enjoyment. Large enough for badminton, corn hole, can jam, bonfires, lounging and anything else you can imagine. The lawn leads to 120 feet of shoreline where you will experience the most spectacular views on the lake. Breathtaking sunsets, relaxing bonfires and views up the length of the lake. The northern property line is bordered by North McMillian Creek to enjoy fishing, kayaking and canoeing. Our private bridge leads you to our lakefront over the creek. We also provide a motorized dinghy at the dock waiting for you for fishing and entertainment both in the creek and at the 120 feet of privately owned lakefront. There is a 10 ft right of way along the southern border for ingress and egress to the water for deeded access. Other things to note The finger lakes region will not leave you disappointed. We offer everything from hiking in Letchworth State Park, to private chartered hot air balloon rides, to chartered private fishing charters, to wine tours to the strong museum of play to live free concerts in Vitale Park there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
