However, guests are welcome to use any available street parking in the area, as long as it is an appropriate and legal parking spot. Other things to note 🛑 House Rules – Please Read Carefully: 1. Maximum 4 Guests Only 👥 The unit is designed for a maximum of 4 people. No extra guests allowed without prior approval. 2. Quiet Hours: 11PM–7AM 🔇 We take this very seriously. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. 3. No Parties or Events 🚫 This is a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. Parties, gatherings, or loud activities are not permitted. 4. No Smoking 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $150 cleaning fee will apply if violated. 5. Lost Key Fee 💳 Please keep track of the key. A lost or damaged key will incur an $80 replacement fee. 6. Please Do Not Flush Anything 🚽 To avoid plumbing issues, DO NOT flush toilet paper wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. 7. Check-In / Check-Out Times ⏰ Check-In is at 4PM and Check-Out by 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. 8. No Loud Music or Disturbances 📵 Keep music and conversations at a moderate volume at all time, not just during quiet hours. 9. Report Broken or Damaged Items Immediately 🛠️ If anything breaks or isn’t working properly, please let us know right away so we can fix it promptly. 10. Take Out the Trash 🗑️ Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins before checkout. 11. Keep Doors Locked 🔐 For your safety, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the unit. ⚠️ Notice: Puerto Rico’s infrastructure occasionally experiences unexpected power, water, or internet outages. While these situations are usually temporary, please note that no refunds will be issued due to such interruptions. If uninterrupted service is essential for your stay, we recommend booking one of our listings equipped with a generator, or alternatively, considering a hotel that can guarantee continuous utilities.
