The second full bathroom in the hallway features a shower with a built-in seat, making it both stylish and practical. 🛋️ Living & Dining The open living room offers plenty of space with a sofa that pulls out to a queen bed — new and very comfortable — plus a large 65” TV. The dining area has a table with six chairs, perfect for meals or games with family and friends. 🍳 Newly Remodeled Kitchen Cook your favorite meals in the fully updated kitchen with granite countertops and all-new appliances. It’s stocked with everything you need — pots, pans, dishware, blender, mixer, Keurig machine (coffee and sugar included), and a selection of basic spices and oils. Guest access Entire condo is yours Other things to note *Towels are provided for showers only. Please don’t take towels to pool or beach. Age restriction’s: I do not have an age restriction. Rules are the same for all guests. No parties or large gatherings, no loud noise between 10pm and 7am and of course respect my place. FAMILIES: If you need a crib, highchair or pack-n-play please inform me when making your reservation. I supply these items but they are not kept in the apartment.
