Nestled in a lush garden, sheltered by old walls, a beautiful 17th century staircase leads to this independent, comfortable studio, renovated and decorated with love and attention, with a low environmental impact in mind. 2 terraces to enjoy sunny days and shaded parking. Bread, butter, homemade jams... for breakfast on the first day. The space The accommodation (30m2) faces south. A large bedroom welcomes you, consisting of a quality queen size bed, a lounge area and a work area. In the second room, you will find the kitchen area and the dining area: induction hob, small oven, fridge, kettle, French press coffee maker and crockery. The bathroom completes the set with its large cupboard, shower, sink and toilet. You also have a small terrace on one level with the studio, and a larger terrace at the foot of the stairs to the accommodation, with garden table and chairs. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation. Animals not accepted. Our impact on the environment is one of our major concerns.
