An ancient summer residence since 1891, when the family moved from the frescoed village of Parlasco to Milan. The space The summer residence is spread over two floors accessible to guests, from the main entrance hall you go up two flights of stone stairs to reach the entrance to the first floor of the house. Inside, a second staircase leads to the bathroom and the second floor where the sleeping area is located! On the first floor there are: a large entrance with access to the internal patio (vertical green corner, smoking area, with a small table and four chairs); a kitchen in a period setting and equipped with modern appliances including an induction cooktop; a living room with a desk and workstation for studying and working, using the personal computer, listening to music on the sofas, playing musical instruments (piano, guitar, even if "forgotten" etc.), playing with board games and others available, such as a deck of cards... reading a book, local encyclopedias, maps etc. You go up another flight of stairs and access the bathroom with toilet area and bathroom with tub/shower and bidet. On the second floor, there is "the winter garden", an indoor space dedicated to reading and listening, where you can sunbathe in the sun that enters through the two windows, furnished with a sofa and chairs with floral patterns, with access to the three rooms named according to the colors of the refined fabric finishes (upholstery) blue, yellow, pink! The blue room consists of a single bed and a double bed, two nightstands, a dresser with mirror, two armchairs, a sofa and a coat hanger. The room is very bright as the three tall windows overlook the landscape of the entire valley. It is equipped with adaptors for the different electrical outlets used in Italy, electric heating if necessary, other useful accessories (clothes hanger, clothespins in the second drawer, sheet changes in the last drawer, towels, flashlight in the left nightstand, tray for glasses and bottle of water...). The yellow room consists of a single bed suitable for children and a double bed, two nightstands, a dresser with mirror, a wardrobe, two antique chairs. The room is illuminated by the small side window overlooking the village houses and the paths of the Parlasco laces. It is equipped with power strips for the different electrical outlets used in Italy, electric heating if necessary, other useful accessories (clothes hanger, clothespins in the second drawer, sheet changes in the last drawer, towels, flashlight in the left nightstand, tray for glasses and bottle of water...). The pink room consists of two high single beds, two nightstands, a dresser, a coat hanger, two antique chairs and an armchair.
