Comfortable, newly remodeled stay near the freeway, 14 minutes from Hill AFB W gate, 25-60 minutes from the best skiing/snowboarding in the area. (Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, Park City,Brighton) There is excellent fishing & activities nearby as well. Just behind the house is a walking/biking trail. 1 Full size bed, 1 Futon, pack & play, & an air mattress. Walk-in shower & fireplace for extra warmth. There is a small kitchenette; (microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, coffee pot w/ all the fixings.) The basement apartment includes a Queen bedroom, the bathroom includes a walk in shower, living room features a futon, space to fit an air mattress, also includes a fireplace, basic kitchenette as you’d have in a hotel room, washer & dryer. The back patio offers a grill, seating area, clothesline, hot tub and fireplace. Cornhole boards are provided in the unit for yard games. Entire Basement Apartment, Backyard, and Back Patio. We're always here for our guests but we also respect your privacy! If our guests ever need anything we are a call or a text away. Near I-15, grocery stores, gas stations & about 30-40 minutes to salt lake city. Quiet neighborhood, with the occasional rooster crowing in the morning, horses neighing or police siren responding to the old folks home across the street. Uber is very popular in this area, but a personal vehicle or rental car would be ideal for getting to and from the unit. There is a bike trail that stretches from Ogden to SLC just located behind the property. The basement is attached to the house that we live in; and it does feature a Kitchenette, (a full sized fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and the basic utensils. A glorified hotel room if you will.)
