Beautiful rustic home conveniently located on the mesa 10 minutes from Taos plaza and 20 minutes from Taos Ski Valley with stunning views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets all while overlooking the town of Taos. This is our personal home...we do not allow children under age 12. The house is totally private and is the main house on the property alongside a gorgeous casita. There is a lovely walled patio overlooking the gorgeous yard and pergola. You will find several nooks for sitting and enjoying the yard space. The living space consists of a large open concept living room with a TV, bluetooth sound bar, and WiFi, dining space with plenty of seating, and a lovely fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, nice appliances, and plenty of prep space for cooking. There are 2 separate bedrooms, one is the master with a queen size bed and private bath and the second bedroom features stunning views and has a antique double sized bed with a second bathroom just down the hall. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample storage space and ceiling fans. The house has amazing viga ceilings as well as multiple large picture windows throughout offering majestic views of the mountains. Your host is a retired Operating Room Registered Nurse, so you can rest assured that the house is cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected in strict accordance with CDC guidelines. Perfect for 4 guests, the house features an eclectic decor and is well suited for an amazing stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of 2 closets which are maintained for owner use only. Guests are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard, labyrinth, and trails. The yard space is a mini oasis in a high mountain desert. While here, you will feel far from the hustle and bustle of city life, but still close enough to town and the ski valley to have the best of both worlds! The casita on the property does rent separately and there may be times that each are rented. Both spaces are completely private of each other with only portions of the yard and driveway that would be shared. We will also consider renting both spaces simultaneously if your group is larger. The neighborhood is very quiet and we love that, so no parties or events. There is NO SMOKING on the property and NO PETS please! The house is always spotless! Every surface is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected before and after each guest(s) arrival and departure. We are on county maintained roads that are accessible year round!
