Private room in central Crediton town cottage

Private bedroom on the ground floor of an old town cottage, with guest access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. Fully lockable, it has a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Double glazing keeps the street noise to a minimum. Located a convenient short walk to Crediton town centre shops and cafes, with Morrisons at just 2 minutes. Easy walk to train/bus services and nearby Leisure Centre. Parking is free on nearby streets. The space The guest bedroom is accessible from a corridor on the ground floor, and offers a degree of privacy as it is away from the owner's bedroom which is on the first floor. The shared bathroom, with large double shower, is also on the ground floor and accessible by passing through the kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to a shared kitchen where they have use of a microwave to prepare a meal and help themselves to tea and coffee at any time of the day. Fridge space will be offered. Guests may use the washer/dryer in the kitchen, with a small contribution asked for and paid as used. Other things to note Check-in time can be flexible, to suit us both, and needs to be arranged in advance, as I am often working in my own shop. I live on my own in the house, with no other housemates.
