It is possible that the garage LOFT(a separate unit) could be rented. Guest access Guests have access to the house (not including the basement which is unfinished) and to the yard. Which inlcudes an oceanside patio PLUS a deck along the house looking over the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms (queen, queen and twin bunk) and a small den with a futon & curtains for privacy - should you have overflow guests.
