The property is a 4 bedroom house. My room (and office) is on the topmost floor, so I'm always there for most of the day. There are 3 bedrooms in the middle floor (which I intend to let out) and has toilet and bathroom. The ground floor has the kitchen and another toilet. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. No pets pls.
