Only 20 minutes from TEC Cuernavaca‼️ The space Magnificent colonial hacienda-style estate with 4 spacious rooms, each with a full bathroom, all located on the ground floor facing the pool and the sunbathing area, which includes 4 lounge chairs with a mat and a panoramic umbrella for shade from the sun. The pool is located in the center of the property, has internal lighting and has 2 main areas: (1) entertainment wading pool that is 6 meters in diameter and 1 meter deep, ideal for games or rest. It has 6 wide steps 15 cm high for comfortable access/exit from the sunbathing area, a 50 cm x 50 cm step in the middle of the interior perimeter, and 5 submerged benches for relaxing. (2) 8-meter (length) x 6-meter (width) x 1.80-meter (depth) swimming area with 3 additional steps to move from one level to another easily and safely. The pool has HEATING system through Pump de Calor (additional cost), which is a more efficient, reliable and economical system than solar panels and boilers being 100% electric. Additionally, the pool has a 3.5-meter-high fountain with 3 arms for water to fall into side tanks and into the front of the pool (deep end), where the outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located. Next to the main building is the Palapa Monumental with a barbecue grill and a handmade fireplace that can accommodate over 20 people (tables and chairs available), in front of which is a garden of similar size. The internet is broadband wireless (Wi-Fi) with +100Mbps (download) and +50Mbps (upload). The (max) capacity is 23 guests in its 4 bedrooms using the 13 beds and the sofa bed available. The building has the following areas: (A) Fully equipped kitchen with bar, benches, stove, extractor hood, carving tray, and built-in cupboards, plus a dining area for 6 people (B) Game room with LARGE FORMAT 4K TV (Sony) (85 inches), home theater with sound bar and subwoofer (Sony), SKY TV, PlayStation 4 console, video games, movies (Blu-Ray and DVD format) and 2 pool tables with 15 balls and 6 cues each for the same number of players. (C) Terraces on the ground floor and upper floor with lounge chairs, tables, chairs and umbrellas, ping pong table and foosball (D) 2 ½ bathrooms on the ground floor and second floor (building). The laundry room has 2 washing machines and a granite sink located behind the kitchen. The safety of the property is provided by a centralized 6-wire Electrified Fence Alarm with 5000 volts deployed throughout the perimeter above the 4m high perimeter fence for total privacy and tranquility. The parking lot (internal) allows you to have up to 5 cars and up to 7 occupying the garden of the Palapa. It is located just 20 minutes from TEC Cuernavaca and 10 minutes from Hacienda de Chiconcuac, in the heart of the Campestre subdivision (open) “LaLeona.” It's ideal for weekends with family, friends and all kinds of events, parties and gatherings‼️ Guest access All areas of the house are available to guests, except for the pool engine rooms, waterfall and storage rooms. The maximum capacity of the house is for 20+ people using all available beds. Other things to note It's important to note the 3 basic rules: (1) Take care of your home at all times. (2) Pets or large dogs are not allowed. Only small pets. Pets have an additional cost of $500 pesos per stay (maximum 3 pets). (3) Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms, nor on the beds, armchairs and/or cushions in the living room. They can't enter the pool either. Their waste must be collected and disposed of in the trash properly (closed plastic bag). This is due to the house's safety and health policies. Violation of these rules could result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, either partially or in full. IMPORTANT NOTES: (1) The cost per night is the same for 1 to 10 guests. From the 11th guest, there is an additional cost of $500 per person per night (plus platform fee and VAT). The platform automatically calculates this amount when you enter the total number of people staying (2) The Pool Heating System has an additional cost over and above the cost of the stay and must be requested at least 1 week in advance for preparation. Please check with/request from the host. (3) The wood (firewood) for the campfire that is left in the palapa is free of charge. There are additional bundles of wood that can be provided to the guest if requested. These will have an additional cost of $250 pesos per bundle. They must be paid for upon delivery and must be requested from the host. The wood (firewood) may only be lit inside the fire pit. The duration of the fire depends on the weather conditions, which are beyond the host's control.
