The space Contemporary hacienda-style villa with 4 large bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, all located on the ground floor facing the sun terrace, which has 4 beds with a mat and a panoramic umbrella to cover the sun. The pool is located in the center of the property and has 2 areas; (1) entertainment splash pad that is 6 meters in diameter and 1 meter deep, ideal for games or rest, has 6 wide steps 15 cm high for comfortable access/exit from the sunbathing area, 50 cm x 50 cm in the middle of the inner perimeter and 5 submerged benches to relax. (2) swimming area of 8 meters (length) x 6 meters (width) x 2 meters (depth) with 3 additional steps to move from one level to another easily and safely. The pool has a HEATING system through a Heat Pump (additional cost), which is a more efficient, reliable and economical system than solar panels and boilers as it is 100% electric. In addition, the pool has an integrated 3.5-meter-high Clover Fountain that has 3 arms with waterfall in side tanks and inside it (deep part). On the outside of the main building is the Palapa with a handmade grill and fireplace that can accommodate up to 24 people (tables and chairs available), in front of which is a garden of similar proportions. The internet is wireless (Wi-Fi) broadband with a speed of +100Mbps (download) and +50Mbps (upload). The capacity (max) is 24 guests between its 4 bedrooms using the 12 beds and 2 inflamed double mattresses available, Integral Kitchen with bar, benches, stove and extractor hood, carving machine and cupboards integrated into the walls, with anteroom for 6 people and 1 ½ bathroom in PB (building). Game room with LARGE FORMAT 4K TV (Sony) (85 inches), Home Theater with Sound Bar and Subwoofer (Sony), SKY TV, PlayStation 4 Console, Video Games, Movies (Blu-Ray and DVD Format) and Pool Table with 15 balls and 6 cues for the same number of players. Ideal for rest with family, friends and all kinds of events, parties and meetings‼️ Guest access We provide FOOD SERVICE and HOUSEKEEPING at home so our guests don't have to leave the house (the cost of food and special services have an additional cost and are paid separately). Garden with space for events, parties, receptions, dinners, meals and business meetings, etc. The garden's maximum capacity is 100 people. The cost of any event is independent and is paid separately from the reservation. The house's capacity for guests (night) is for up to 28 people. Other things to note It's important to note the 3 ground rules: (1) Take care of your home at all times. (2) Pets or large dogs are not allowed. Only small pets. Pets have an additional cost of $500 pesos per stay (maximum 3 pets). (3) Pets are not allowed in the rooms, nor are they allowed to climb on the beds, armchairs, and/or cushions in the living room. They can't enter the pool either. Pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly in the trash (closed plastic bag). This is due to the house's health and safety policies. Violation of these rules could result in the collection of the security deposit, either partial or total. IMPORTANT NOTES: (1) The nightly rate is the same from 1 to 10 guests. From the 11th guest onwards, there is an additional cost of $350 per person per night.
