Amsterdam Oost / Watergraafsmeer is one of the city's hippest neighbourhoods with many cosy cafes, excellent restaurants, great shops, parks, swimming pools and numerous sports facilities. The space The 1930's house is situated in a quiet green street and is 2 blocks away from the main shopping street and tram stop. The accommodation is split over 3 floors and has a south facing garden and two balconies. The living kitchen is well equipped with two ovens, 6 pits, good cooking equipment and an Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge is spacious and equipped with a large flat screen. Netflix and Wifi is available. Two large bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with its own sink. You will also find the bathroom with shower and bath here. The third bedroom, with own sink and shower is situated just off the kitchen. The south facing garden is accessed from the kitchen, has a large dinning table and two lounge chairs to relax in.
